The drive sanctioned by the state legislature and financed by federal officials aims to reach to seven hundred thousand households in the region to lessen at least two drives in a week....less drive leads to what?...don't get me wrong...its not about certain malfunction...its about 'Ease congestion on Portland-area highways'
