An intelligent ‘wanted ad’

This ad became instantly effective, and it was really incomprehensible for most of the people, even to the most creative brains in the ad field. Because it was made with programming and source codes. So, whats the big deal? You may ask. Well, the ad was for inviting digital programmers. Here’s the catch.
