One Head & Shoulders commercial has breached advertising rules, as industry watchdog Advertising Standard Authority observed, by claiming that it could leave hair by one hundred percent dandruff free.

In another advert, Proctor & Gamble's one of flagship products - Head & Shoulders claimed that gets you rid of flakes 100%.
That claim also irked ASA executives. They didn't move even after hearing the plea of P&G officials that if used regularly the shampoo can effectively remove 100% dandruff flakes, which is visible to another person from a good distance of two feet.
These people are crazy.
