Audrey Hepburn pushing Gap even after her death

Hollywood veteran legend Audrey Hepburn is still marketable for Gap even years after her death 13 years back as the company is using pictures of the actress in skinny black pants on billboard and in television ad. The ad is showing her dancing in the famous movie, Funny Face, 1957, on the famous song Back in Black of AC/DC. Her eldest son, Sean Ferrer, has given his consent Gap to use his mother in their campaign on the condition that a significant donation to be made to the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund.

Apparently, it is very clear that the company wants to cash in the overwhelming popularity of the erstwhile fashion icon of her times. However, the company seems to have missed the bus, as the actress was 5'7'' and 110 lbs in her prime and the slender figure was perfect for wearing skinny black outfit. Sorry to say but most of the woman in U.S. at present are not suitable for this particular fit. Therefore, it seems out and out illogical to make so much hype and using this actress to sell apparels to only 2 percent of U.S. women who can wear this outfit.
