No wonder if next time they warn that if you are not up to the mark, you are going to be fired literally. The staff of stuff, a news website is under the shadow of impending consequences, if they are not competitive.

Indeed, cut throat competition sometimes probe companies to put pressure on its employees. However, the new, odd campaign from stuff.co.nz, which is madly committed to create breaking news is different from this. The campaign warns that the employees have to face consequences if they fail to perform well.

As part of the campaign, a "member" of the Stuff team was hung upside down over a balcony on the Dilworth Building in Auckland's Queen St. no, it was not their staff indeed. It was a stunt man. But, who knows, the next time.

If other news papers and channels follow suite, journalists will become an endangered species.
