This ad for Airtel, developed by Rediffusion Y&R Gurgaon, India, carries a clear concept to convey the message. The target of the ad is to tell the customers about Airtel’s backup facility. That target is effectively achieved through the clever concept.

The ad shows a view from the top of a building and the copy reads- don’t lose your contacts when you drop your phone. Below, people (your contacts) are shown in a dropped, lost condition. The image itself is enough to convey the importance of backup facility in mobile phones.
