In this case, we are talking about shampoo ads that rarely allow customers to decide if they need a hair-cleansing; communicating the effectiveness of the product and not gauging the need, one must say. It is, therefore, heartening to see Head & Shoulders creating room for ‘the point of view’, albeit introducing a zany twist to two eternal masterpieces.
