Nike launched Joy (Joga Bonito) campaign with Ronaldinho where the soccer superstar is shown as a child with his grown self. For 2006 World Cup that kicks off on June 9, Adidas and Nike are getting ready for the big fight of eye ball and recall. If you remember, in 2002, three striped mark Adidas (sponsor of Germany) took on swoosh Nike (Brazil sponsor). Brazil won the match 2-0. And Nike celebrated as if there was no tomorrow. Brazilian football players still remember the crazy days.
Nike, now, to mask the power of Adidas ad, Impossible Team, cleverly created a campaign where some old footage of kids were shown playing football. Then you find them all grown up. And aren’t they so much in love with football. The bearded man who was sitting with the video editing console says, ‘So my advice to you, is never grow up, my friends.’

what a terrible review of a great set of adverts from nike under the joga bonito banner
it’s alsmost as if you havent actually watched the ad or tried to understand the campaign as a whole. a quick visit to the official website would have given you all the info you need.
