I think that this quite a novel and huge advertising effort to make awareness among the people against the dangers of drunk-driving. The effort has been done by Shalmor Avnon Amichay/ Y&R Interactive Tel Aviv, an agency which is not new in creating surprising ambient and outdoor advertising efforts in Israel.

Despite a plethora of anti-drunk-driving efforts in advertising, people continue to be careless. This uniquely big advertising effort gathered together 80 cars that were totaled in accidents, and constructed 20 meter tall object in the shape of a bottle and then place the thing alongside the road! The message reads- don't drink and drive.
