At last the result is out. The occasion was Honda Fit Marketing Challenge. Students from University of Pittsburgh’s business administration have won it by defeating 17 other schools. Honda had asked the students from these universities to develop an ad campaign aiming at buyers like themselves. It has supplied each school with a budget of $2,500 for their campaign for the Fit.
Honda has suggested that it may use some elements of the winning campaign in its upcoming national advertising campaign. Earlier, all the finalists were flown in to Honda headquarter in Torrance, Calif. The Finalists were selected based on factors like number of hits on website, survey results etc.
