When a bubblegum turns 50

Joby JMar 11 2010

It is easy to criticize. But it is difficult to create something. So, I would like to mention the effort taken by the organizers behind this ‘flying’ balloon ambient effort for a bubblegum brand.

This effort has been created by Prolam Y&R Santiago, for Dos en Uno, which is Chile’s popular bubblegum. The effort has been developed with a view to celebrate its 50th anniversary. Anyway, as it is a bubblegum, and not Viagra, we can say that there is no funny, easy way of symbolic messages like that stimulated candle flame.

But the advertisers have done justice to the clients, as we can see. A 50 foot balloon, appearing to be a giant bubblegum, was created; giving onlookers the impression the child was blowing a bubble.
