WWF: message delivered successfully

This impressive campaign for WWF, conceived and executed by Ogilvy, Paris, exhorts us to get rid of our apathy towards issues like global warming and climate change. These ads portray how people, who are in an emergency mission, waste their time, ignoring the seriousness of the mission. But, the campaign is not targeted at any particular group, it aims at all of us, it aims at our callous attitude.

We are flooded with so many awareness campaigns and missions on global warming, wild fire and the extinction of species. Yet, it is dubious that whether they can make a significant change in our thought pattern in a way to prompt us to act sensibly and with a mission. This campaign, in an interesting way, hits the right cord.

We can read so many things from these ads. It carries an excellent illustration and an intelligent concept.
