Tasco: Powerful binoculars

Tasco, the Australian optical products company, has launched this amusing print advertisement for its binoculars. The advertisement is aims at displaying the powerful strength and efficiency of the product in an interesting manner. The advertisement is showing a surf lifeguard placed in a deserted place away from seashore equipped with Tasco binoculars. The advertisement has apparently adopted a light approach to position its product. It has also displayed the product benefit in a remarkably very effective manner.

The presentation of the advertisement is certainly not that compelling as it should be. However, it is based on an extraordinary and refreshing idea but the execution part is not so impressive. Besides, there was also some room for improvement in the photography of the advertisement. The advertisement was created by Clemenger Proximity, Sydney. The creative director was Glenn Chandler.
